I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in Mountain View, CA. My academic journey took me to the University of Colorado in Boulder, where I pursued biology. Following that, I furthered my education and obtained a Master of Sciences degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, specializing in dermatology.

With over twenty years of experience as a board-certified Physician Assistant, my focus lies in medical dermatology, specializing in conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes, and skin cancer prevention and treatment.

My passion for dermatology started during my time in pediatric dermatology, where I witnessed firsthand the emotional and physical challenges faced by patients. Moved by their strength and resilience, I felt compelled to give back. This led me to Locks of Love, where I donated my own hair to help children coping with alopecia, aiming to boost their spirits and restore their confidence.

Exploring the natural beauty of Colorado instilled in me a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Skiing down slopes, hiking through picturesque trails, or simply enjoying the tranquility of a secret swimming hole are moments I treasure. Balancing these adventures with family time, trailing with my beloved dog, and exploring the Bay Area alongside my husband and two daughters, brings me joy and happiness.
